Dear McDevitt Parents and Alums, September, 2008
We are having our second annual Monte Carlo Night and Silent Auction on Saturday, January 24, 2009. The proceeds from this parent fundraiser will go towards the continued refurbishing of the bathrooms and purchasing of refreshments for school sponsored events.
What
We Need From You!
1- Each family could network with family, friends, and neighbors and donate one of the following:
- Vacation home for a designated time
- Tickets- Eagles, 76ers, college games, shows
- Services
- Hotel week-ends and restaurant gift certificates
- Monetary donations
-Gift Baskets or gift items
2- Purchase tickets for the Monte Carlo Night and have a fabulous night with your friends and other parents. This is an excellent way to support the school, have fun and meet other parents.
We need you to make this year as fun and successful as last year!
Items donated will be used as prizes for games and a silent auction.
